This includes communication, social skills and behavior. It is an intensive treatment that involves 30-40 hours of 1:1 therapy per week with a Board Certified Behavior analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behavior Technician. As the child progresses, sessions may progress to small-group formats and will aim to integrate naturalistic methods of teaching into treatment. Community support may also be needed. Our team specializes on Intensive Behavioral Interaction (IBI) for kids diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Focused ABA refers to a treatment that is provided directly to the client to achieve a limited set of behavioral goals. This model focuses on reducing problem behaviors and increasing socially acceptable behavior.
