Raylee, my name is Raylee. I have been a woman's mindset coach, a mother, and an entrepreneur my entire adult life. I am obsessed with the question: "How can you do it all without sacrificing your happiness and your health?" Another question is, too, "How can I chase my dreams without my kids ending in therapy?" Or, how can I do what is most important to me and still have a wonderful family and good health? I live in Caves Beach, a small coastal town with my four daughters, one husband, and Luna, my scraggy poodle Luna. We are a blended family locally referred to as The Brady Bunch. Chris, my husband, and I have two daughters and one son. We are a squad and do not distinguish between the families, and we are one. We are an active family who loves the beach life, dirt bike riding and spending lots of time around campfires watching the bush tv. We value the simple things in life and stop at 6:30 for family dinners. I am most proud of how our family are a well-oiled machine. The house is well-organized and the children are respectful, resilient, and engaged. It wasn't always this way. We have learned together what works and what doesn't. You, too, can have it all running smoothly. Business, fun and recreation, family and health are all balancing acts. But, with the proper ritual, mindset, habits and values, you can create a phenomenal family, career and home life. Coaching inner strength is an inside job.
