New England Ear Nose & Throat

Worst reception service I've ever experienced at a doctor's office. They hardly ever answer the phone, and the voicemail message says they'll call you back but, rest assured, they will not.
I had a salivary gland stone removed by Dr. Jennifer Shehan in January and am extremely pleased with the results. I followed all post-operative instructions, and four months later I have no discomfort or tightness. The scar healed beautifully and is barely noticeable. Dr. Shehan is highly skilled and attentive—I would confidently recommend her to anyone seeking expert care. Thank you for the excellent outcome.
Ricki (aka Dr. Haden) is amazing! Her kindness in helping my dad went above and beyond. My dad's note to her sums it up ... "Dear Ricki, Thank you. I appreciate very much your helping me out. Your technical and clinical skills are excellent, but your most important attribute is that you care." We are grateful for the help Dr. Haden has provided. We couldn't have wished for a better doctor.
