HOT HAVEN - Sauna Studio
Google Reviews
Best experience at Hot Haven! I’m raving about this place all over town. I will be back and back and back again!!
Sean and Sydney are amazing and have been so helpful. I highly recommend hot haven. Such a relaxing way to detox!
Amazing find on Class Pass! The infrared sauna wrap is a great way to sweat like crazy and relax. I watched Netflix to pass the time and felt like I did a full body workout afterwards. The lymphatic massage is a trip! I read someone online compare it to getting your blood pressure, and it’s pretty much that but for your arms, legs, and waist. It’s nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. I meditated through the entire session and lost track of time. Definitely recommend if you need to zone out and let your body be pampered.
